Returns

All purchases are final. Any returns or exchanges are subjected to the sole discretion of Endless Keepers.

Items to be considered for returns or exchanges:

• Must be in its original purchase condition

• Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner

• Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set

 All costs associated with a return or exchange will not be borne by us.

Shipping

For local orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be mailed out by local mail. Express delivery or specific courier services can be arranged at extra costs. Please contact us at sales@endlesskeepers.com to discuss.

For overseas orders, shipping costs may not be available for some countries/regions upon checkout. Please contact us at sales@endlesskeepers.com if there are no shipping costs stated for your country/region.

All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. You are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
